Originally from Concarneau in Brittany (France), I am the son of shopkeeper photographers.

 

In 2023, I discovered Morocco and the Medina of Fez, a real love at first sight.

 

Having graduated from the hotel schools of Dinard and Vannes, I started working at the age of 15 in various professions such as pastry chef, cook, hotelier, restaurateur, tobacconist, having had the privilege of serving renowned personalities at Matignon and the Ritz in Paris.

 

After many travels, I chose to settle down and move to Fez in 2026.

 

I have always carried out my work with passion, always concerned with welcoming my clients and the quality of service.

 

I will do everything to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
